Sri Indiresha Vittala Dasaru

Sri Indiresha Vittala Dasaru (born Tirupathi Pandurangi Huchchcharya, 1865–1939) was an absolutely extraordinary Haridasa and an incredibly intense devotee of Lord Venkateshwara! Moving to Tirumala in 1900, he spectacularly never descended the sacred hill for his remaining 40 years! Conducting the 'Sri Krishnachatra' and providing incredible service to pilgrims, his deep spiritual aura was so profound that even the Mahanta of the Tirupati temple became his disciple! He masterfully composed iconic Devaranamas like 'Baare nammane tanaka', leaving behind a divine legacy with his Aradhana powerfully celebrated on Karthika Bahula Panchami.
