By accessing and using the WalkToTemple application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

WalkToTemple provides information related to the Madhwa spiritual heritage, including Brindhavana locations, Vyasaraja Hanuman temples, daily Panchanga, Shubha Muhurthas, and an AI-powered assistant (HariVayu AI).

3. Accuracy of Information & Data Storage

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date spiritual and calendar information, please note:

• Panchanga, Aradhana & Muhurtha: The astrological and calendrical data provided should be used as a guide. We utilize algorithms based on the highly respected Drik Siddhantha (observational astronomy system) for our core astronomical calculations to ensure high accuracy, aligning with the methodology followed by major Madhwa Mathas. However, for highly critical events (like Vivaha, Upanayana), we strongly recommend consulting your family priest or astrologer. Please follow your respective Matha's calendar if you have any doubts regarding Aradhana dates or Panchanga details.
• AI Assistant (HariVayu): Our AI assistant uses advanced language models. However, it may occasionally generate incorrect or hallucinated information. Always cross-verify important scriptural facts.
• Location Data: The distances and locations of Brindhavanas and Temples are estimates and may not always reflect exact geographical coordinates.
• Local Storage (Favorites): Features such as "My Favorites" save data strictly on your local device's storage. We do not sync or back up this data to any servers. Clearing your browser cache or site data will permanently remove your saved favorites.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the application respectfully and refrain from using the AI chat feature for inappropriate, harmful, or abusive inquiries.
