Sri Jagadbhushana Tirtharu

Succeeding Shri Shrivallabha Teertharu as adhipati of Palimaru Matha was Shri Jagadbhushana Teertha. As the tenth seer, he visited all the sacred places. Spreading devotion. he lead a fulfilling life. He administered the matha for 10 years. Even during his final days, he did not forego visiting holy places. While on a pilgrimage, at the vicinity of Lord Srinivasa of Tirupati, submitting his earthly accomplishments to Lord Krishna, he attained haripada. In Shalivahana shaka 1406 (1484 A.D.) Shobana samvatsara chaitra shuddha dwadashi is the aradhana of His Holiness Shri Jagadbhushana Teertha.
