Sri Lakshmimanohara Tirtharu

Sri Lakshmi Manohara Teertharu was the 24th peethadhipathi of the guru Parampara. He belonged to the Ahitagni clan of Bharadwaja gotra. He was very instrumental in the re-construction of Sri maTha’s building at Udupi. Ruling the samsthana for 28 years, he attained moksha on Magha Bhaula Panchami of Pramathi samvatsara (1819 CE) at Shirooru.
