📖 About Sri Sathya Tirtharu
Sri Sathya Teertharu was a deeply devoted disciple blessed with the profound affection (guruvatsalya) of both Achyuta Preksharu and Acharya Madhwacharya. To fulfill Achyuta Preksharu's wish to continue the sacred lineage originating from the Sanakadi Rishis, Acharya Madhwa gifted Sathya Teertharu to him along with sacred idols (Sri Rama, Seeta, Lakshmana, and Damodara Saligrama), establishing the Srimadachyuta Preksha Teertharu Samsthana, which later branched into the Shri Bheema Sethu Muni Vrunda Matha and Sri Bhandarikeri Matha. Demonstrating unparalleled devotion, Sathya Teertharu studied the Aitareya Shaaka three times, witnessed divine miracles such as being magically transported back to Badari and being rescued from a demon disguised as a tiger, and played a monumental role as the first to write down the 'Brahma Sutra Bhashya' for the world.
