Sri Sripathy Tirtharu

Sri Shreepati Teertha , the 16th pontiff, was the final direct disciple of Sri Vyasa Teertha and expertly commanded all branches of Shastraic literature. He relocated to Rayavellore with the shifting empire, defeated numerous philosophical opponents in debate, and miraculously chose his successor right in front of Lord Srinivasa at Tirumala before entering Brindavana at Shenbakkam.
