"
Sri Subodhanidhi Tirtharu (famous as Hebbani Sheshacharya) was a profoundly dedicated ascetic who walked daily from Hebbani to Mulbagal to worship Lord Gopinatha before consuming any food. He faithfully taught the disciples of the Mutt and led a life of strict discipline. In 1839, he handed over the responsibilities to his son-in-law, Sri Vyragyanidhi Teertha , before his immortalization. His holy Brindavana is located at Mulubagal.
