Sri Sundara Vittala Dasaru

Sri Sundara Vittala Dasaru (born Gorebale Hanumantha Rao, 1893–1968) was an extraordinarily dedicated modern Haridasa and a highly successful lawyer from Lingasuguru! Initiated by Sri Guru Jagannatha Dasaru, he established the Varadendra Dasa Sahitya Mandali in 1944. In a breathtaking act of devotion, he remarkably sold hundreds of acres of his own land to research, compile, and publish Dasa Sahitya, making him one of the absolute greatest saviors of the Haridasa literature! His holy Katte is powerfully situated at Lingasuguru.
