Sri Vedagarbha Tirtharu

Sri Vedagarbha Tirtharu Theertha was a masterful scholar of the Shastras who defeated numerous scholars in debate, collecting "victory letters" as proof of his intellectual prowess. He handed over the Matha to his disciple, Shri Vageesha Theertha, before entering Brindavana at Banks of River Tungabhadra on the banks of the Tungabhadra River.
