Sri Vyasa Tatvajnaru Tirtharu (SRS)

Sri Vyasa Tatvajnaru Tirtharu (SRS), originally known as Aiji Venkataramacharya, was born to the great scholar Sri Venkata Narasimhacharya. His extraordinary spiritual future was prophesied by Sri Gopala Dasaru, under whose guidance he later accepted sanyasa from Sri Bhuvanendra Tirtharu of the Rayara Matha. A profound devotee of Sri Raghavendra Swamy, he is uniquely credited with installing the Pranadevara pratima directly in front of Rayaru's Brindavana at Mantralaya. Despite his supreme qualifications, he gracefully declined to ascend the formal Peetha, choosing instead the fiercely independent life of a Haridasa and Bidi Sanyasi. Under the revered ankita 'Vasudeva Vittala', he composed magnificent Devaranamas and authored numerous scholarly masterpieces, including deep commentaries on the Shriman Nyaya Sudha. After consecrating multiple divine idols, this eminent ascetic entered his holy Brindavana at Veni Somapura on the serene banks of the Tungabhadra river.
